Crystal L. Ortona, 28, of 55 Day Ave., was released on her own recognizance pending a July 20 hearing after being arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and driving the wrong way on a state highway brought by Westfield police.
Brian A. Annette, 27, of 134 Union St., Apt. 79, was released in lieu of $2,000 cash bail pending a July 14 hearing after being arraigned on charges of disorderly conduct, assault and battery on a police officer, vandalizing property and resisting arrest brought by Westfield police.
Brian K. Fife, 49, of 59 King St., received two years probation, was ordered to pay $65 per month while on probation and a 210-day loss of license after pleading guilty to operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, second offense, was found not responsible for speeding, while charges of negligent operation of a motor vehicle were dismissed for plea purposes brought by Westfield police.
Kenneth R. McCoubrey, 58, of 211 Little River Road, received six months probation, ordered to pay $50 per month while on probation and will be subjected to random drug testing after charges of distributing a Class B drug, brought by Westfield police, were continued without finding.
Jonathan Pedraza, 23, of 126 Union St., Apt. 6-6, was released on his own recognizance pending a July 20 hearing after being arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by State Police Russell.
Joel A. Perkins, 44, of 134 Union St., Apt. 34, was released in lieu of $40 bail and ordered to stay away from the victim pending a July 29 hearing after being arraigned on charges of assault and battery on a family/household member brought by Westfield police.
Tina M. Huffman, 48, of 303 Sackett Road, was released in lieu of $40 bail pending an August 3 hearing after being arraigned on charges of assault and battery on a family/household member brought by Westfield police.
Ronald P. St. Marie, 36, of 288 Buck Pond Road, was released on his personal recognizance pending a July 30 hearing after being arraigned on charges of violating an abuse prevention order brought by Westfield police.
