Kyle R. Boyer, 26, of 160 Pt. Grove Road, Apt. 123, Southwick, was released on his personal recognizance pending a July 27 hearing after being charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, marked lanes violation and speeding in violation of special regulation brought by Southwick police.
Todd M. Whitehead, 34, of 18 Maple St., Apt. 2, had charges of drug distribution class D and possession to distribute drugs class D, brought by Westfield police, dismissed.
Thomas G. Butts, 54, of no known address, Springfield, was released on $500 bail pending a June 24 hearing after being charged with two counts of larceny over $250 brought by Westfield police.
