Brian T. Moriarty, 28, of 106 Middlefield Road, Chester, was released on $100 cash bail pending a June 29 hearing after being arraigned on charges of operating motor vehicle with license suspended, unregistered motor vehicle, uninsured motor vehicle, possession of Class A drug and miscellaneous motor vehicle equipment violation (cracked windshield in critical area), brought by State Police Russell.
Christian Delgado, 18, of 243 Central St., Springfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a June 30 hearing after being arraigned on charges of unlawful wiretap, brought by Southwick police.
Jason S. Mongeau, 28, of 405 North Road, was placed on one year probation after pleading guilty to assault & battery on family/household member, brought by Westfield police.
Polly E. Harmon, 47, of 49 Taylor Ave., had charges of operating motor vehicle with license suspended continued without finding to be dismissed upon payment of $100, was found not responsible for registration not in possession and registration sticker missing and had charges of possession of heroin, brought by Westfield police, dismissed.
