SPRINGFIELD – Hampden County District Attorney-elect, Anthony D. Gulluni, this week announced the members of his transition team, who will provide counsel regarding the solicitation, review, and evaluation of applicants for all positions in the Hampden County District Attorney’s Office. Members of the transition team provide valuable perspectives ranging from the private and public sectors, executive and judicial branches of government, and many former and current members of the Hampden County, Northwest, and Worcester County district attorney’s offices.
“Leading up to my swearing in on January 7, 2015, I am fortunate to have the assistance of an outstanding and accomplished group of people to advise on matters related to employment, management structure, personnel policy, and professional training and development,” said Gulluni. “Their objective counsel on decisions relating to the selection or reappointment of highly qualified and dedicated individuals will be important. It is my responsibility to the people of Hampden County to confirm that qualified and committed individuals will be selected to pursue the interests of justice. The transition team’s diverse experiences and backgrounds reflect the objective of the Office of the District Attorney and its employees to seek justice and with fairness and commitment to public safety.”

· Jennifer Fitzgerald, Hampden County First Assistant District Attorney
· The Honorable Mary Hurley, former Trial Court Judge and former Mayor of Springfield
· Paul Mancinone, Certified Public Accountant and tax attorney at Paul L. Mancinone Company, P.C.
· Joan O’Brien, Hampden County Assistant District Attorney
· Stephen Phillips, civil and criminal defense attorney, Dunn & Phillips, P.C.
· Jeffrey Poindexter, litigation attorney and Partner at Bulkley, Richardson and Gelinas, LLP
· Elizabeth Scheibel, former Northwestern District Attorney
