WEST SPRINGFIELD – 
Daniel M. Rzonca, 70, passed away on Wednesday, December 28, 2016 at Baystate Medical Center in Springfield, MA. Daniel was born on September 23, 1946 in Westfield, MA to the late John F. & Stella Rzonca. Daniel graduated from Westfield High School class of 1964. A veteran of the United States Army, Daniel served many years as a Police Officer with the Town of Southwick. Mr. Rzonca was a member of the Southwick and Westfield American Legion. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, scuba diving and hockey and was also a well know Machinist for KB Tools and Hamilton Standard.
He leaves his son and only child Mark Rzonca and his wife Jennifer of Southwick, MA, his sister Shirley Benoit and her partner Dave, grandchildren: Cody, Willow and Breann, niece Carrie Benoit and her wife Rosie, his best friend Rick Cross whom he thought of as a brother and his wife Paula, along with many other family members and close friends. Daniel’s life will be celebrated at a later date which will be announced.
