WESTFIELD – According to the Westfield Police Dept., East Mountain Road will be closed from the intersection of Springfield Road to Springfield Hill Road (Devon Manor) from 9 a.m. to noon tomorrow morning. Construction workers will be milling the roadway in preparation for final paving at a later date.
