WESTFIELD – Eric Moller, 58, of Westfield, MA, passed away on September 17, 2022.
Eric was born in Stoneham, MA and his family moved to Westfield in 1975. He graduated from Westfield High School in 1982, where he played on the varsity lacrosse and football teams, winning back-to-back Western Mass State Football Championships in 1980 and 1981. He advanced his education at American International College earning his Bachelor’s degree and Master’s in Business Administration. Eric worked at MassMutual for many years and then as a realtor, and most recently as a caregiver to his family for the past year. He cherished and loved his close-knit family, whether it was coaching his daughters’ softball teams, family ski vacations at Sugarbush Resort, or barbecuing for his entire family. His best buddy was his father, Ed, with whom he golfed weekly, enjoyed watching sports games together and went on yearly hunting trips to a family camp in Maine.
He is survived by his daughters Elizabeth Flammini (Tom) of Providence, RI, and Jennifer Moller of Myrtle Beach, SC; his parents, Ed and Ginger Moller of Westfield, MA; his sister Debbie (Russ) of Holyoke, MA; his brother Scott (Nancy) of Chicopee, MA; and many nieces and nephews.
Calling hours are scheduled for this Sunday, September 25, from 2 – 4 PM at the Firtion- Adams Funeral Home, 76 Broad Street in Westfield, MA.
