Join the Russell Council on Aging for a Go4Life Family Fun Walk Saturday, October 27th from 3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. Join the COA and Recreation Committee to celebrate and encourage each other to live an active, healthy, independent lifestyle! Walking is directly linked with good health and sustained independence. The walk with coincide with the Russell Rag Shag parade so kids young and old can enjoy the fun! Dress in costume, however not mandatory, and walk the designated mile parade loop, starting at Town Hall. Pizza will be served to participants at the Senior Center after the walk. The Go4Life Family Fun Walk is sponsored in part by a grant from the Massachusetts Councils on Aging through its support from Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Massachusetts.
