Westfield Creative Arts has announced its spring art classes for children and teens beginning in March. Artist Shannon Chiba will teach drawing, beginning Monday March 4th from 4-6:00 pm. She will also offer April Vacation Youth Artist Workshops April 15-19. These two workshops will offer drawing for ages 8-12 from 10:30-12:00 pm and oils for ages 13-17 from 1:30-3:00 pm. Youth Watercolor begins March 7 4:00-5:30 PM, taught by Artist Lori Bothwell.

A graduate of University of Massachusetts with a degree in Fine art, WCA instructor Lori Bothwell has a passion for teaching. Shannon Chiba is a board member with Artworks Westfield as well as professional artist for over 20 years, specializing in drawing and painting,

All classes take place at Westfield Creative Arts at 105 Elm Street. Parking is available at the nearby Thomas Street municipal parking lot, on street, or at the temporary municipal parking lot by the PVTA station.

Youth drawing is a four week program for a fee of $59 beginning Monday, March 4th.

Youth watercolor is a six week program for a fee of $89 beginning Thursday, March 7th.

April Vacation Youth Artist Workshop is a five day workshop for a fee of $99 per day beginning Monday, April 15th.
