WESTFIELD – Florence Mildred Fish, 90, passed away peacefully at home, November 8, 2017. Florence was born September 2, 1927 in Sandisfield, MA to the late Clark and Melvina (Houghton) Dearing. She was a graduate of Lee High School. Florence worked for Old Colony Envelope for over 50 years before she retired. She enjoyed her date night, dinner and dancing every Saturday with her husband. She was a communicant of St. Mary’s Church in Westfield. She was predeceased by her husband William Fish in 2009. She is survived by her daughter Joanne V. Hobby of Westfield, her two sisters Alice Scheidel of Middletown, CT, Emma Malony of East Longmeadow, and her sister-in-laws Mary Murphy of Westfield and Connie Stockton-Hines of Fort Worth, TX. She will be dearly missed by her nieces, nephews and her two pets Sophie and Jennie. She was predeceased by her siblings, Norma Funk, Marion Suleski, Barbara Waterman, Betty Wolford, Clark Dearing Jr., William Perry and Frank Dearing. The family would like to thank Maxim Health Care Team and Hospice for their care and compassion. The funeral for Florence will be private.
