EAST OTIS, MA – Frank H. Mason, 87, died Wednesday in Noble Hospital, Westfield. Born in Holyoke and raised in Chicopee, Frank was a longtime resident of East Otis.
He was a longtime shipping and receiving clerk at St Joe’s Paper Company, Chicopee, retiring in 1981. Frank was a U.S. Navy Veteran of WWII serving from 1944-1946. He was also a master cabinet builder and enjoyed fishing and ocean cruises.
He was predeceased by his wife Gloria (Therien) in 2006. He leaves his son, Kevin and his wife Jody of Blandford; his sisters, Rose Therien of Westfield and Silvia Paquette of Chicopee; his grandchildren ,Jarred, Giles, and Ericka Mason, and his buddy “Glo”.
His funeral will be Monday ,12:00 noon with services at 12:30 p.m. at the Robert E Cusack Funeral Home, 94 Main Street (Route 20), Westfield. Military Honors and Burial will follow at the MA Veteran’s Memorial Cemetery, Agawam, at 2:00 p.m.
