SPRINGFIELD – Game 1 of the NECBL Championship Series has been suspended due to rain. Play will resume at 5:30 Tuesday at MacKenzie Stadium starting in the bottom of the 6th with the Valley Blue Sox leading 6-3. Game 2 will follow approximately 30 minutes after the conclusion of Game 1.
