Greetings Westfield! I hope everyone’s weekend is off to a good start. Hopefully all of this rain isn’t getting in the way of anyone’s plans! I’m writing this week’s update from down south where I am finishing up my week of military training. I’ll keep the update short this week.
This week has been busy and tiring. It has also been a welcome reminder of how lucky we are. Every time I put on this uniform and head out for training or duty of any kind I feel a great sense of pride. I am reminded how profoundly grateful I am for the opportunities we have in this country and for those who work to help protect it. These reminders make the long, busy, tiring week a little easier.
I am looking forward to heading back to Westfield and catching up on what’s been happening this past week. I’ll be back and ready to work next week. I hope to see and hear from some of you next week!
