WESTFIELD – Helen A. (Andrzejewski) Lankowski, 87, of Westfield died Sunday, December 23, 2012 at Mount Saint Vincent Care Center in Holyoke. Born in Southampton, she has lived in Westfield for the past 57 years, and was a communicant of Holy Trinity Church.
Helen was employed for twenty-eight years at the former Old Colony Envelope Company retiring in 1985. She enjoyed many winters in Florida with her husband, family and friends. She enjoyed painting as a pastime and was a gifted artist. She enjoyed baking, making pickles and polish food, but her greatest joy was spending time with her family.
She was predeceased by her husband, Frank in 2003. She is survived by her son, Denis and his wife Linda of Wilbraham; two daughters, Maria Lankowski and Janice Kelley and her husband Gary all of Westfield. Helen also leaves her beloved twin sister, Toni Beckwith of Granville and her two cherished grandchildren, Elizabeth and Daniel Kelley.
Her funeral will be held on Monday, December 31st at the Firtion-Adams Funeral Service, 76 Broad Street, Westfield at 9:30 a.m. followed by a Liturgy of Christian Burial at Holy Trinity Church at 10:30 a.m. Burial will follow at St. Stanislaus Cemetery in Easthampton. Calling hours will be held on Sunday, December 30th at the funeral home from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m.
