Konstantin Okhrimenko, 32, of 89 Humphrey Lane, West Springfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a March 6 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle, a state highway traffic violation and a marked lanes violation brought by Westfield police.
Alex Diaz, 36, of 1089 Park St., Palmer, was released on his personal recognizance pending a March 7 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of larceny of property valued more than $250 brought by Westfield police.
Alphonso E. Hines-Vanterpool, 20, of 41 Woodview Drive, Brookfield, Conn., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of disorderly conduct and wanton destruction of property valued les than $250 brought by Westfield police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $100.

David M. Bettro, 30, of 92 Mechanic St., 30, of 92 Mechanic St., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle brought by State Police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $50 and a state highway traffic violation was dismissed by the court. In a separate case also brought by Westfield police, Bettro was released on his personal recognizance pending a Feb. 12 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, speeding and failure to use a seat belt.
Carol J. Newman, 65, of 20 Eagle St., Southwick, saw a charge of assault and battery brought by Southwick police not prosecuted.
Carson R. Filiault, 20, of 94 Granville Road, Southwick, saw a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Southwick police not prosecuted.
Kaitlyn M. Rathbun, 25,of 1196 North St., Pittsfield, was found to be responsible for charges of operating an uninsured motor vehicle and operating an unregistered motor vehicle and was assessed $100 for each charge.
Ryan Wheeler, 23, of 389 Gooseberry Road, was released on his personal recognizance pending a March 12 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, failure to stop or yield and operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker brought by Agawam police.
Lakeisha S. Blatch, 29, of 156 Quincy St., Springfield, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Southwick police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. She was assessed $50.
Steven J. Nikiel, 38, of 8 Connor Ave., pleaded guilty to a charge of distribution of a Class A drug and was sentenced to a six month term in the house of correction with credit for time served awaiting trial.
Joel P. Townson, 28, of 23 Pineridge Circle, Becket, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Feb. 12 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of leaving the scene of a property damage accident, possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, speeding and a marked lanes violation brought by State Police.
Ronald J. Markett, 45, of 171 Elizabeth Ave., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of possession of a Class A drug brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for six months. He was assessed $50 and a charge of conspiracy to violated drug laws was not prosecuted.
Daniel J. Sullivan, 35, of 57 W. Silver St., was released on his personal recognizance pending a March 7 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by State Police.
Andrew D. Waldrip, 21, of 49 Samson Road, Medford, was released on his personal recognizance pending a March 7 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of disorderly conduct and malicious destruction of property valued more than $250 brought by Westfield State College police.
Daniel R. Lemarier, 36, of 10 South Maple St., was arraigned on charges of violation of a protective order and aggravated assault and battery brought as separate cases by Westfield police and was held in lieu of $100 cash bail in each case pending Feb. 13 hearings.
Brandon T. Spigner, 23, of 28 Jennings St., Springfield, was held in lieu of $100 cash bail pending a Feb. 12 hearing after he was arraigned on two charges of armed robbery and three charges of home invasion brought by Westfield police.
