OAKFIELD, ME – Janine (Williams) Sico, 63, formerly of Westfield, MA, passed away on Thursday, December 21st at home. She was born in Malden, MA and was the daughter of the late David and Carole (Copeland) Williams.
Janine spent many years working in the hospitality industry in Westfield MA and the last several years as a CNA at Houlton Regional Hospital in Houlton, ME retiring in 2016. Her life was one of service to all people and love and commitment to her family, friends, and patients.
She is survived by her husband of 40 years, Gary Sico; four children, Frank Sico and his wife, Mary of South Grafton, MA, Chad Sico of Westfield, MA, Jeremiah Sico of Houlton, ME and Charles Sico of Oakfield, ME; her three grandchildren. She is also survived by her step-daughter, Christine Sico McKelvie and her husband, Brian of Hubbardston, MA; two sisters, Nancy Nadeau and her husband, Robert of Boscawen, NH, and Belinda Williams of Leverett, MA as well as several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her three brothers, David Williams Jr, Robert Williams, and Fred Williams.
Janine will always be remembered for her kind heart, bubbly personality, and ability to make people smile. At her request, there will be no formal services, however, family and friends are encouraged to celebrate her life the way she lived it, by helping others.
