SOUTHWICK – Jean (Enko) Glowacki, died on October 9, 2013 in Southwick. She was born in Westfield on April 9, 1930 to the late John and Bertha (Krieger) Enko.
She was a graduate of Westfield High School. She belonged to St. John’s Lutheran Church and had been a Sunday school teacher and sang in the choir. Recently she attended Christ the King Church in Southwick. She worked for 10 years at Old Colony Envelope, then retired from C.A. Krohne and Sons after 31 years. She loved gardening, cooking and going to the casino.
Besides her parents, she was predeceased her husband, Walter; her brother, John and sister, Joan as well as her niece, Christine Bradway. She leaves a niece, Susan Santrock in West Virginia; niece, Linda (Enko) Fuller and her husband Steve; nephew, John R. Enko all of Westfield; three great nephews, Joshua and Aaron Santrock and Joshua Bradway.
The funeral will be Saturday, October 19th at 11:00 a.m. at Firtion-Adams Funeral Service, 76 Broad Street, Westfield with burial to follow in St. John’s Cemetery in Westfield. A calling hour will precede the service from 10:00-11:00 a.m. at the funeral home.
