WESTFIELD – Johnna J. (Prouty) Hayden, 49, of Westfield, passed away Sunday, April 27, 2014 at Noble Hospital, Westfield. Johnna was born in Westfield, MA on September 3, 1964. She grew up and attended local schools in Westfield and was a 1982 graduate of Westfield High School. She received a Medical Administrative Degree from St. John’s School of Business. Johnna worked in the medical field for many years. She also worked for the Meals on Wheels program. She loved spending time with her animals.
Johnna leaves her husband of 12 years, Christopher J. Hayden; her son, Branden Prouty of Westfield; her mother, Roseann (Barkyoumb) Prouty of Westfield; her sisters, Lori Prouty of Florida and Cheryl Brown and her husband Aaron of Montgomery. She also leaves her paternal grandmother, Edna Pelkey of Florida, Wallace and Mary Hayden of Westfield, as well as many aunts, uncles, and cousins. She was predeceased by her father, John E. Prouty in 2001.
A memorial service for Johnna will be held on Saturday May 3rd at 11:00 a.m. in the Wyben Union Church, Montgomery Road, Westfield.
