OTIS – Joseph Peter Braslowski 81, died Saturday December 14, 2019 at the Governor’s Center, Westfield. Born in Steubenville, Ohio he was the son of the late Peter Braslowski and Frances (Bojek) Braslowski. He retired as a maintenance machinist from Electro Term in Springfield. Previously, Joseph had been employed for many years by The H.B. Smith Co., Inc. in Westfield.
Joe always enjoyed spending time with his family exploring local attractions, fishing, camping, rock and mineral collecting and many other adventures. He enjoyed long drives through the country, photography, painting, fishing, playing guitar and was always up for a game of chess.
Joseph is survived by his son, Douglas J. Braslowski and his wife Jean, of Westfield; 2 grandchildren, Vivian M. Braslowski and Adam D. Braslowski; along with extended family members.
