John M. Stebbins, 48, of 40 Franklin St., was held in lieu of $500 cash bail after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor (a third offense), negligent operation of a motor vehicle, speeding in violation of special regulations and a marked lanes violation brought by Westfield police.
Francis Bozak, 54, of 306 Russell Road, was released on his personal recognizance pending a July 30 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor and negligent operation of a motor vehicle brought by Southwick police.
Joseph Malanson, 34, of 64 Will Palmer Road, Southwick, was released on his personal recognizance pending a July 30 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of receiving stolen property valued less than $250, possession of a Class A drug, possession of a Class B drug and a miscellaneous motor vehicle equipment violation brought by State Police.
Christopher D. Moll, 45, of 2063 Memorial Drive, Chicopee, saw six charges of breaking and entering in the nighttime with intent to commit a felony, five charges of larceny of property valued more than $250, three charges of breaking and entering in the daytime with intent to commit a felony and single charges of larceny of property valued less than $250 and attempting to commit a crime brought by Westfield police dismissed after he was indicted and arraigned on the same charges in superior court. Moll also saw three charges of breaking and entering in the nighttime with intent to commit a felony, two charges of larceny of property valued more than $250 and single charges of breaking and entering in the daytime with intent to commit a felony and attempting to commit a crime not prosecuted due to insufficient evidence.
Elizabeth M. Saunders, 47, of 108 Point Grove Road, was released on her personal recognizance pending an Aug. 8 hearing after she was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, operating a motor vehicle with suspended license, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and speeding in violation of special regulations brought by Southwick police.
