Christopher Nawracaj, 18, of 22 Reed Ave., Chicopee, was released on his personal recognizance pending an Aug. 7 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of larceny from a building and larceny of property valued more than $250 brought by Westfield police.
Zachary W. Hildreth, 33, of 6 Jeffrey Circle, admitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating under the influence of liquor and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $350, ordered to complete a Drug Alcohol Education Program at a cost of $817.22 and his license was suspended for 45 days. A charge of reckless operation of a motor vehicle was not prosecuted and he was found to be not responsible for charges of speeding and operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker.
Curtis J. Beck, 61, of 185 Shaker Road, admitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for charges of operating under the influence of liquor and negligent operation of a motor vehicle brought by Southwick police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $400, ordered to complete a Drug Alcohol Education Program at a cost of $817.22 and his license was suspended for 45 days. He was found to be not responsible for a marked lanes violation.

Anthony C. Peterson Sr., 32, of 9 Fowler St., saw charges of possession of a Class B drug with intent to distribute (a subsequent offense), possession of a Class E drug, possession of Class A drug with intent to distribute and possession of a Class B drug brought by Westfield police dismissed after he was arraigned and indicted on the same charges in superior court.
Michael D. Markvart, 41, of 22 Church Street, was held in lieu of $500 cash bail pending a July 11 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of failure to register as a sex offender brought by Westfield police.
John P. Rosario, 25, of 42 King St., was released on his personal recognizance pending an Aug. 29 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery on a police officer brought by Westfield police.
Christian M. Burton-Hill, was released on his personal recognizance pending an Aug. 10 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license (a subsequent offense) and operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker brought by Westfield police.
Michael Hudson, 21, of 89 South Loomis St., Southwick, was released on his personal recognizance pending an Aug. 3 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating under the influence of liquor and negligent operation of a motor vehicle, possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle and a marked lanes violation brought by State Police.
