Donna M. Tabor, 51, of 181 College Highway, Southwick, was released on her personal recognizance pending an Aug. 7 hearing after she was arraigned on four charges of larceny of property valued less than $250 and four charges of trespass brought by Southwick police.

Michelle C. Reed, 33, of 610 Loomis St., saw a charge of assault and battery and two charges of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon brought by Agawam police not prosecuted.
Scott M. Cigal, 49, of P.O. Box 121, Southwick, admitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of wanton destruction of property valued less than $250 and disorderly conduct brought by Westfield police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for six months. He was assessed $50.
Nolan P. Houlihan, 18, of 3 South Longyard Road, Southwick, was released on his personal recognizance pending an Aug. 10 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Southwick police.
Sheen M. Benoit, 22, of 47 Taylor Ave., was held in lieu of $100 cash bail pending a July 20 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of malicious damage to a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police. He was also found to be the subject of an outstanding warrant for failing to appear for a pretrial conference April 24 relative to a previous charge. He was held in lieu of $2,000 cash bail on that charge.
