WESTFIELD – Kazimierz Urban, 90, passed away on Sunday, April 26, 2020 at Mercy Medical Center. Kazimierz was born on March 3, 1930 in Poland to the late Kazimier and Anna (Dybko) Urban. He made his home in Westfield, MA. in 1961 where he worked as an iron welder at Plainville Casting, He also worked in maintenance for HB Smith before he retired. Kazimierz was a devout parishioner of Holy Trinity Church in Westfield.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 70 years Irena (Goralczyk) Urban, his loving children, Sophie (Urban) Parker with husband Ward Parker of Mashpee, MA, Anna Urban of Westfield, Lester Urban of Westfield, Andrew Urban and wife Gail Urban of Westfield, Donna (Urban) Gauthier and her husband David Gauthier of Chester, his sister Helena and brother Antek of Poland, and eight grandchildren along with four great grandchildren. He was predeceased by two sons, John Urban and Zdzislaw Urban.
A Memorial Mass and burial in St. Mary’s Cemetery will be held at a later date. www.firtionadams.com
