WESTFIELD – Kent Austin Darby, 42, of Westfield, passed away on March 3, 2020 at home. He was born on October 28, 1977 to Wayne Joseph Darby and Helen White Darby. Kent graduated from Westfield High School, class of 1996, and went on to attend Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia. He worked in the restaurant and hospitality industry in both Massachusetts and Florida. Kent was an avid sports enthusiast and a fan of the Patriots and the Red Sox. Kent was a lifelong friend to many, a beloved son and brother, and a devoted uncle always ready to make others laugh, willing to lend a helping hand, and stand by those he loved. He is survived by his Mother, his sisters Shelly Darby Allen and Jennifer Darby Daniel, his brother-in-law Fredrick Allen, nieces Grace Allen Petrie and Kaylia Daniel, nephew Gavin Austin Daniel, and many aunts, uncles and cousins. He will be greatly missed by all. Kent is predeceased by his father Wayne and his beloved dog Anakin.

Committal service will be held Saturday, June 20, 2020 in East Clarendon, Vermont.
