SOUTHWICK – Linda Sue Garwacki, 63, died Tuesday, May 7, 2013 at home. She was born in Westfield on April 16, 1950 to the late Henry P. and Rose M. (Ziemba) Gadreault.She grew up in Westfield attended local schools and was a 1968 graduate of Westfield High School. She has been a resident of Southwick since 1986. Linda received an associate’s degree from S.T.C.C. She was a Certified Professional Coder and was the First President of Hartford Chapter of Certified Professional Coders. Her last job was Billing Manager at Consulting Cardiologists in Hartford, CT. She enjoyed grand kids and watching them play sports, going to the casino, Red Sox Fan and shopping.
Linda leaves her husband of 41 years David Garwacki; her son, Jason Garwacki of Westfield; her daughter, Traci-Ann Garwacki of Southwick; her brother, Henry E. Gadreault (Joe Pete) of Florida; her sister, Kathie Schultz of Westfield; 2 grandchildren, 4 nieces and 3 nephews.
The funeral for Linda will be held on Saturday, May 11th at 2:00 p.m. from the Firtion-Adams Funeral Service, 76 Broad Street, Westfield. The burial will be private. Calling hours will be held on Saturday before the service at the funeral home from 11:00- 2:00 p.m.
