WESTFIELD: Margery M. (Johnston) Devlin, 92, passed away peacefully with her daughter by her side on Thursday, August 13, 2015 at Governor’s Center. She was born in Woodstock, New Brunswick, Canada to the late Duncan and Margaret (Hughes) Johnston. Margery was a communicant of St. Mary’s Church in Westfield and a member of the Sons of Erin in Westfield. She was employed as a salesperson for Bryant Hardware and for Brundage’s in Westfield in the women’s apparel for 14 years. Margery was predeceased by her beloved husband Raymond B. Devlin in 1982 and by her loving son, Raymond B. Devlin, Jr. in 2011, she is survived by her loving daughter, Susan E. Hentnick and her husband Stanley W. of Westfield and her two cherished grandsons, Todd and Gregory Hentnick, and her two great-grandchildren Timmy and Meghan Hentnick. Her funeral will be held on Tuesday with a Liturgy of Christian Burial at 11AM in St. Mary’s Church, Bartlett St. Westfield, followed by burial in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Southampton Rd. Westfield. Visiting hours will precede the mass from 9:30-10:30 AM in Firtion Adams FS, 76 Broad St. Westfield.
