WESTFIELD – MaryAnn Miklaszewski St.Marie of Westfield MA passed away peacefully Thursday August 20th 2020 at Holyoke Medical Center after a long courageous battle with cancer. Born on May 10, 1949 in Holyoke MA she was the daughter of the late Kasimir & Mary (Jasinkiewicz) Miklaszewski. She is predeceased by her brothers Stanley and Joseph Miklaszewski.
MaryAnn graduated from Holyoke High School and also attended Holyoke Community College. She was a seamstress for several years at Simmons Mattress in Agawam.
She is survived by her daughter Rhonda Collins & her husband Chris of Winslow ME, and son Ronald St.Marie Jr. of Westfield MA, beloved granddaughter Natalie St.Marie, nephew Athony Miklaszewski, his wife Ginny, their children Gabriella, Isabella, Stanley of Plainville MA, nephew Joseph K. Miklaszewski of Abington MA, a niece Teresa Hurley & her husband James, their children Stone & Mikayla, of Bridgewater MA, niece Angela Sanders & her husband Jason, their children Blake & Liam of Hickory NC, & niece, Kathleen Miklaszewski of Taunton MA. She also leaves behind a very dear and special long time friend Walter Sykulski Jr. of Westfield MA, and Lori Rossi her casino road trip friend.
She was the best hard working, loving, & fun mother who went above & beyond for her children and she will be forever missed.
There will be a memorial service at a later date at the convenience of the family. As an expression of sympathy and in lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of MaryAnn to Holyoke VNA Hospice Life Care, 545 Beech St. Holyoke MA 01040.
