Elm Street and Notre Dame on Sunday June 26, 2016. The contractor will be working from 7pm to 5am, Sunday night through Thursday morning. At times the road will be excavated down to gravel. Road closings should be expected. North and South bound traffic on N. Elm St will be maintained, but restricted with brief disruptions. The contractor expects to be paving on Wednesday June 29, 2016.
