WESTFIELD – The City of Westfield Engineering Department would like to inform residents along North Elm Street and Notre Dame on Sunday August 21, 2016, the contractor will be performing a pipe lining effort during the night in the intersection and through the corridor. The work will be performed between the hours of 7:00 PM and 5:00 AM. There will still be day time work for preparation of final pavement. The Contractor anticipates this will take up to four nights total. Road closings should be expected. North and South bound traffic on N. Elm St will be maintained, but restricted with brief disruptions. We encourage travelers to seek alternate routes.
