Olan Zane Davidson, 79, of Fort Myers, FL died on January 30, 2016 at Joanne’s House of Hope Hospice, Bonita Springs, FL. He was born on November 12, 1936 in Springfield, MA, a son of Orion and Eva Davidson.
He served in the Marines from 1954 to 1958 and was employed as an electrician.
He is survived by his children, Michael Thomas (Dianne) Davidson of Chicopee, MA, Kenneth Allen (Pat) Davidson of Westfield, MA, Mark Stephen (Debbie Fieser) Davidson of Fort Myers, FL, Zane Marion (the late Celeste) Davidson of Westfield, MA, Eugene Russell (Tara) Davidson of Alpharetta, GA and Erik Ronald (Jo-Ann) Davidson of Westfield, MA, 17 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and his long term partner, Doris Crenshaw.
A graveside service with military honors will be held on Thursday, May 26, 2016 at 10:00 AM in the Massachusetts Veterans’ Memorial Cemetery, 1390 Main Street, Agawam, MA 01001.
