OHIO: Paul Joseph Couch, 48, of Washington Twp., Ohio and formerly of Westfield, passed away on Friday, June 24, 2016 surrounded by his loving family. Paul was born on September 22, 1967 in Westfield. He graduated from Westfield High School and received his Auto Tech Certification from Porter and Chester Institute. Paul was the past owner of Gator Diving Service and Procraft Counter Tops and most recently Paul was a transportation supervisor for I–supply Trucking Co. in Ohio. He enjoyed Harley’s, fast cars, diving, playing hockey, being a stuntman and spending time at the beach. Paul is survived by his parents Paul and June (Fortier) Couch, his children Jason and Lauren Couch, his sister Karen Buoniconti and her husband Keith, and his niece Emilee Buoniconti, all of Westfield. He also leaves his fiancé Andrea Cleaver of Dayton, Ohio and many aunts, uncles and cousins. The funeral for Paul will be held on Friday July 1st at 9:00 a.m. from the Firtion-Adams Funeral Service, 76 Broad Street, Westfield, MA. followed by a Liturgy of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. in St. Peter’s and St. Casimir’s Church, 34 State Street, Westfield, MA. Burial will follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery. Calling hours will be held on Thursday at the funeral home from 4-7 p.m. The family would like to extend their deepest gratitude to the staff at Kettering Medical Center for the care they gave to Paul.
