West Springfield – Phillip J. Bard, 55, passed away on March 3, 2017 surrounded by his family. Phillip was born in Westfield, Ma and later lived in Arkansas, Texas and Florida. Phil was a helpful and caring individual, who enjoyed family, fishing, and bottle collecting. As a Jehovah’s Witness, he loved God and bible teachings. He leaves behind his brothers Robert A. Bard, Jeremy and Jesse Steadwell, as well as his sisters Dianna Bard, Vicki Carroll, Patti Iserman, Jacquelyn Ziemba, Eileen Lavinio, and Sherry Hodge. He wasf predeceased by his father Robert Bard Sr., his mother Mava Steadwell and a sister Robin Bard. There will be a Memorial talk for Phillip and Edwin Iserman Jr., his nephew (who recently passed away as well) at the Westfield Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses located at 117 Southwick Road, Westfield,MA on March 18, 2017 at 1:00 PM. Phil will be privately laid to rest with his mother at The Agawam Center Cemetery.
