WESTFIELD–Police have identified the woman who was found dead in the Wal-Mart parking lot Wednesday morning.
Police said that 39-year-old Jill Wetherell, of Agawam, died in a vehicle in the parking lot of Wal-Mart at an unknown time. She was reported missing from Southwick since Oct. 5, according to police records.
She was found around 10:15 a.m. by Wal-Mart employees. Westfield Police and Fire Departments responded to the scene, but paramedics from Westfield Fire did not treat the woman due to obvious death.
Police reported that no foul play or illegal drug use was suspected.
