1:52 a.m.: Disorderly conduct and arrest, Elm Street. Police reported that they found two male parties on Elm Street and “at least one male was urinating in public.” Police reported that one party had allegedly began to yell and was asked to stop, adding that they may be arrested if they do not stop. Police reported that the person did not stop and allegedly attempted to run from the area. Police arrested Kamari A. James, 22, of Springfield, and charged him with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.
12:17 p.m.: Accident, Court Street. Police received a report of a two-vehicle crash involving a 2005 Ford Taurus and a 2014 Chrysler Towncar in a parking lot. One vehicle had reportedly backed into the other, with the vehicle that was backed into being parked at the time. No injuries were reported and no tow trucks were requested.
5:54 p.m.: Accident, Russell Road. Police received a report of a two-vehicle crash involving a motorcycle and a 2014 Nissan Rogue. The crash occurred when the Rogue reportedly turned left in front of the motorcycle, according to police. The motorcyclist was transported to Baystate Noble for treatment via Westfield Fire ambulance and paramedics.
