8:57 a.m.: Westfield High School, 177 Montgomery Road, assault, investigated/report taken;
2:09 p.m.: brush fire, 625 E. Main St., dual response, fire extinguished;
3:17 p.m.: accident, 259 N. Elm St., Lecrenski Bus Company reported that a tractor trailer side-swiped one of its mini school buses, one child on board bus, no injuries, no tows;
4:03 p.m.: vandalism motor vehicle, Pine Street, caller reported her vehicle was vandalized overnight;
5:15 p.m.: well being check, 115 Elm St., report of a male lying on a bench, Gary M. Woodin, 57, of no known address, arrested on an outstanding warrant;
7:49 p.m.: disturbance, Skateboard Park, South Broad Street, investigated;
10:47 p.m.: property found, Washington Street, a party brought in a damaged Samsung cell phone he found on the ground;
10:57 p.m.: liquor law violations, 208 Elm St., Taylor Demers, 22, of 27 Collins St., arrested on charges of selling/delivering liquor to person under 21.
