1:46 p.m.: Medical emergency, Main Street. Police received a report of an elderly male who almost struck a building with his vehicle. According to a clerk at the store, they were able to get the keys from the person and get them into the store, and that they were “not responding appropriately.” Police requested Westfield Fire paramedics and ambulance to the scene. The person was transported to Baystate Noble Hospital via paramedics and ambulance.
