Several medical emergencies took place, but due to patient privacy are not reported on. Otherwise it was a quiet day for Westfield Police.
8:13 p.m.: Vandalism, East Mountain Road. A caller reported that a golf ball struck their window and broke it. According to police, the trajectory of the golf ball suggests that the act was intentional. There are no suspects reported. The golf ball reportedly came from East Mountain Country Club.
8:37 p.m.: 72 Main St., Burger King. Police received a report of a male in his 30s that was found unconscious in the bathroom of Burger King. Police and Westfield Fire/EMS responded to the scene. According to police, drug paraphernalia was found on scene, in addition to several bags of heroin found after the male left the scene.
