8:55 a.m.: Vandalism, motor vehicle, Sunflower Lane. Police received a report of a window that was “smashed out” sometime overnight on a vehicle.
9:19 a.m.: Accident, Franklin Street. Police received a report of a garbage truck that had reportedly struck a street light while emptying a barrel.
10:42 a.m.: Vandalism, walk-in. A walk-in party reported that their vehicle was allegedly keyed on School Street.
12:02 p.m.: Larceny, walk-in. Police received a report of a mountain bicycle that was allegedly stolen from a basement on Jefferson Street.
3:38 p.m.: Officer wanted, Western Avenue. Police received a report of a mailbox that was reportedly left on a property from a vehicle and a registration number of the vehicle was reportedly given to police. Police provided no further information.
7:23 p.m.: Missing person, walk-in. According to the log, police received a report that a foster child reportedly went missing. Police later received a call from Springfield Police that the youth was located and in their custody.
10:30 p.m.: Larceny, walk-in. Police received a report of an alleged larceny of a television. According to police, the television was reportedly ordered and allegedly stolen before the item was received by the person who ordered it.
