4:07 p.m.: Accident, West Silver Street and South Maple Street. Police received a report of a minor two-vehicle collision involving a 2011 Honda CRV and a 2010 Ford Fusion. No injuries were reported and no tow trucks requested.
4:12 p.m.: Burglary, Springfield Road. Police received a report from an owner of a group of properties that the coin-operated washing machine at one of the locations was broken into and the money inside was stolen. Police did not have an amount stolen but did report that this has happened before. Police are investigating.
6:20 p.m.: Accident, Broad Street. Police received a report of a pedestrian that was struck by a vehicle on Broad Street. According to police, the pedestrian was reportedly intoxicated and had stumbled into the roadway when a vehicle came and struck them. There was no crosswalk at the site of the incident. Southwick Fire Department sent an ambulance to treat and transport the patient due to overflow of Westfield Fire ambulance calls. Southwick Fire transported the patient to Baystate Noble Hospital with an ankle injury.
7:32 p.m.: Accident, East Main Street. Police received a report of a two-vehicle collision involving a 2015 Chevrolet Traverse and a 2007 Chevrolet Cobalt. The accident was minor and no injuries were reported, but one party was cited for following another vehicle too closely.
