6:50 p.m.: Accident, Franklin Street. Police received a report of a pedestrian struck by a vehicle. Police reported the pedestrian struck was standing upon their arrival, and the driver of the vehicle that struck them was on scene. The pedestrian was transported to Baystate Noble Hospital via Westfield Fire ambulance and personnel.
