9:13 a.m.: animal complaint, Westfield Animal Shelter, 178 Apremont Way, the director of animal control operations reports a border collie dog was found on Russellville Road and transported to the shelter;
12:10 p.m.: incapacitated person, Russell Road, a motel clerk called to report a customer who had damaged the room he rented the night before has returned and appears to be under the influence of drugs and refuses to leave, the responding officer reports the man was transported to Baystate Noble Hospital where staff reported that the highly uncooperative and belligerent man does not appear to be under the influence of any substance and may have been “faking it”, the responding officer reports Steven J. Rodriguez, 24, of 52 Clarkwood St., Mattapan, was arrested on a warrant issued by Boston Municipal Court;
2:36 p.m.: found property, Western Avenue, a supervisory officer reports there is a mountain bicycle in the bushes at the corner of Western Avenue and Kensington Avenue, the bike was transported to the station for safe keeping;
11:13 p.m.: accident, King Street at Grand Street, a caller reports hearing a crash and looking outside to see that a pickup truck had struck a tree, dual response dispatched, the operator was transported to Baystate Noble Hospital and the truck was towed to the police impound yard.
