5:56 a.m.: accident, Tractor Trailer short term parking lot, Westfield Industrial Park Road, truck driver reported damage to his TT unit;
9:57 a.m.: attempted robbery, Bon-Tons, 443 E. Main St., man tried to steal an elderly woman’s purse, William M. O’Connor IV, of 12 Rockybrook Drive, Huntington, arrested on charges of attempting to commit crime–robbery person over 60;
2:39 p.m.: fraud, Franklin Street, party reported $2,000 in Internet transactions on her TD Bank cards which she did not make;
3:20p.m.: breaking and entering attempted, Old County Road, woman reported that someone tried to break into her home, she doesn’t believe entry was made nor anything taken, it appears dogs scared off would-be intruder(s);
4:16 p.m.: accident, 50 Russellville Road at 136 Cabot Road, two-vehicle crash, both vehicles towed, one party transported to Baystate Medical Center;
5:55 p.m.: larceny, Stop & Shop Supermarket, 57 Main St., woman reported her wallet stolen from her shopping cart;
6:27 p.m.: officer wanted, King Street, report of found property that had been previously stolen;
7:04 p.m.: officer wanted, Baystate Noble Hospital, 115 W. Silver St., man reported that his son had been assaulted and was at the hospital to be evaluated.
