10:06 a.m.: fraud, Lindbergh Boulevard, a resident came to the station to complain of fraud, the responding officer reports the man said that he had found several unauthorized charges on his credit card statement, the account was closed;
11:06 a.m.: vandalism, Southwick Road, a resident came to the station to report that the lug nuts had been removed from one of the wheels on her vehicle and the wheel fell off when she drove the vehicle;
4:46 p.m.: disturbance, Westfield Police Station, 15 Washington St., officers responded to a disturbance in the station’s lobby to find parties involved in a dispute about their shared children, Melissa C. Ewing, 37, of 164 Prospect St., Chester, was arrested for violation of an harassment protection order;
5:45 p.m.: breaking and entering, Miller Street, a caller reports the front door of a vacant house appears to be broken and items inside suggest that someone has been living there, the responding officer reports that a suspect was identified who is homeless but is currently a guest of the Commonwealth due to unrelated issues.
