3:15 p.m.: identity fraud, Highland Avenue, a resident came to the station to complain of identity fraud, the responding officer reports a utility account had been opened in the complainant’s name in Connecticut;
3:55 p.m.: larceny, Ridgeway Street, a resident came to the station to complain of a theft, the responding officer reports the complainant said that the tailgate of his truck (valued at about $300) was stolen while his truck was parked at a work site.
