1:04 p.m.: accident, Springdale Road, a caller reports a two motor vehicle accident with airbag deployment and possible injuries, the responding ambulance reports that all involved parties refused medical attention, the responding officer reports that one tow truck was requested to remove one of the vehicles from the scene;

4:18 p.m.: hit and run accident, Meadow Street, a caller reports that a tractor trailer unit hit and knocked down a stop sign before continuing on its way, the responding officer reports that the stop sign had been completely knocked down and that he notified the Department of Public Works so they could fix it;

4:23 p.m.: accident, Western Avenue, a caller reports that a passenger vehicle is operating on the wrong side of the road and causing a severe traffic hazard, a second caller reports that the vehicle struck a pole, causing airbag deployment, the responding officer reports that there are live wires down, the officer reports that a tow truck was requested to remove the vehicle from the scene, the responding ambulance reports that on person refused medical attention, the officer reports that Westfield Gas and Electric arrived on scene to address the damaged pole;

9:10 p.m.: abandoned/hung up 911 call, Pinewood Lane, dispatch reports that they received a 911 call from a female party who said that it was an accidental call when dispatch called her back, dispatch reports that officers went to the location anyway to confirm all was well, the responding officer reports that Tito Anthony Pacheco, 39, of 210 Eddie St., Springfield was placed under arrest on an outstanding warrant.


1:16 a.m.: assist other agency, Feeding Hills Road, the road was closed to the Agawam line because of wires and a pole down;

4:49 p.m.: harassing calls, Feeding Hills Road, a residents states she received a call from a person claiming the subject has repeatedly called her, the resident said she has not called this unknown person;

7:59 p.m.: check-in, Point Grove Road, an officer conducted a check of a business at the request of the Board of Health and did not observe any violations, the officer reports a remote guitarist was playing on a screen and there was no dancing or other violations.
