Major crime and incident report

5:27 a.m.: suspicious person, Western Avenue, a caller reports that an unknown male party in a motor vehicle was driving with its hazard lights on and repeatedly switching directions and slowing down and staring at her when he drives past, the responding officer reports that neither the vehicle nor the calling party were located on arrival;
8:00 a.m.: disturbance, Main Street, a patrol officer reports that a female party in a Main Street coffee shop was not wearing a face covering as required by Governor’s Order number 55, the officer reports that another customer politely asked the female party to put a mask on and the female party responded by swearing and yelling, the officer reports that a letter of trespass was advised for the store manager to apply to the female party.
9:08 p.m.: recovered property, College Highway, an employee at a restaurant found a purse thrown in the bushes;
9:48 p.m.: breaking and entering, College Highway, the owner of a brewery reports when opening for the day he discovered the building was broken into and he was not sure if anything was missing at the time of the report;
11:32 a.m.: officer wanted, Powder Mill Road, a resident reports a fraudulent unemployment claim;
12:16 p.m.: animal complaint, Red Oak Drive, an injured skunk was brought to the shelter for dispatching;
4:23 p.m.: officer wanted, Wintergreen Circle, a fraudulent unemployment claim was reported, a similar report was made from a Will Palmer Road resident.
