2:41 p.m.: Vandalism, motor vehicle, Orange Street. Police received a report of a vehicle that had laundry detergent allegedly poured into the gasoline tank. police had no suspects and the cost of repair was $300.
2:54 p.m.: Accident, Southampton Road and Apremont Way. Police received a report of a two-vehicle crash involving a 2003 BMW 525IT and a 2007 Ford Taurus, with one person who was reportedly injured. Police reported that the injured person was transported to Baystate Noble Hospital via Westfield Fire paramedics, and one vehicle was towed from the scene.
7:23 p.m.: Accident, Southampton Road and Falcon Drive. Police received a report of a two-vehicle crash involving a 22011 Honda Accord and a 2005 Toyota Sienna. No injuries were reported but one vehicle had to be towed from the scene.
7:50 p.m.: Arrest, Montgomery Street. Police arrested Christina Allen, 35, of Westfield, and William T. Henning, 33, of Westfield. Police were initially looking for Allen related to a shoplifting charge, and found that in addition she and Henning also had warrants for their arrests when they visited their residence. Henning was arrested on the warrant, while Allen was arrested on a warrant and also charged with shoplifting by asportation.
