Major crime and incident report

1:42 p.m.: Accident, South Maple Street and Mill Street. Police received a report of a two-vehicle accident. A 2016 Subaru Legacy and a 2009 Dodge Nitro were involved. No injuries reported and no tow trucks requested.
3:56 p.m.: Accident, Russell Road. Police received a report of a vehicle that struck a pole, with an injury reported. A tow truck was requested and Westfield Fire personnel received a patient refusal from the incident.
9:54 p.m.: Vandalism, Root Road. Police received a report of someone who had allegedly shot a BB gun multiple times at a residence, with a window shattered and siding damaged. A vehicle left the area but the witness was not able to get a description of the vehicle.
