3:09 p.m.: Arrest, North Road. Southampton Police reported to Westfield Police that two parties allegedly appeared to be under the influence and entered Westfield on North Road. Police reported that the two parties were reportedly located at a Dunkin Donuts. Police reported that one person was arrested due to an arrest warrant. Thomas Edward Burgess, 34, of Chicopee, was arrested on a warrant.
6:27 p.m.: Motor vehicle violation and arrest, North Elm Street and Holyoke Road. Police reported that they stopped a vehicle after it was driving without headlights. Police reported they arrested Jasmine Nicole Owens, 32, of Springfield, following the stop due to an arrest warrant.
9:57 p.m.: Accident, East Main Street. Police received a report of a rear-end collision. A 2011 Hyundai Sonata and a 2003 Saturn Ion were involved. No injuries reported and no tow trucks requested.
