12:46 a.m.: Motor vehicle violation and arrest, East Mountain Road. Police reported that police stopped a vehicle that was allegedly speeding after it attempted to elude them by reportedly going into the hospital parking lot. After the stop, police reported that the operator was unlicensed and police reported finding narcotics allegedly on the person. Police arrested Christopher M. Storozuk, 39, of Westfield, and charged him with speeding, operate motor vehicle in violation of license restriction and possess heroin.
3:11 p.m.: Accident, Walmart, Springfield Road. Police received a report of a pedestrian reportedly struck by a vehicle. The person was transported to Baystate Medical Center via Westfield Fire ambulance and personnel.
